We want you to love your Paka gear as much as we do. If you aren’t entirely happy with your order, you can set up an exchange or return here. You’ll need your order number and shipping zip code–this can be found in your confirmation email.

How do I make an exchange or return?

Our Alpackers move pretty quickly, and once an order is on its way we aren’t able to make any changes or cancel it. However, if you haven’t received an email confirming the shipment, we would be happy to make any changes–just click ‘No, I need more help,’ I’ll pass it along to one of my human friends at Paka, and you’ll get a message from the team within 24-48 hours!

Most orders are picked, packed, and shipped off within 2-3 days of the order being placed. In the case that your order has shipped, we would be happy to help you exchange/return your items once your package arrives.
