Holiday Shipping Cutoff Window:

Need it by December 25? Order by the following dates to ensure an on time delivery. 

• Standard (5-8 days shipping): Order by Monday December 14 11am CT
• Expedited (3-4 days shipping): Order by Friday December 19 11am CT
• Overnight: Order by Saturday December 20 11am CT

US Shipping

Items in stock ship in 1-3 business days - Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Once your item ships, please allow 5-8 business days for standard shipping, 3-4 business days for expedited shipping, and 1-2 business days for overnight shipping.

For orders shipped outside of the continental US, including Hawaii and Alaska, please allow for 7-14 business days for standard shipping, and 3-5 business day for expedited shipping.

We offer free shipping for all $150+ US orders (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries, with rates calculated at checkout. All international orders are shipped with our trusted partner, Passport, who ensures fast and secure delivery through local carriers.

To make things smoother, we ship international orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties and taxes are collected at checkout—no surprise fees or customs delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. You can also track your package directly on the Paka tracking page. Orders typically arrive within 8–14 business days after fulfillment. If your tracking shows no movement, don’t worry—your package is likely clearing customs and will update soon.
