When will my exchange order ship out to me?Updated a month ago
It depends on the type of exchange you choose:
Instant Exchange (fastest option)
If you want your new item as quickly as possible, Instant Exchange is the way to go. You’ll enter your card details to secure the exchange, and Loop will place a temporary hold for the full amount. This isn’t a charge, and the hold is released as soon as your original item is scanned in transit back to us.
Instant Exchanges typically ship within 1–3 business days and follow our standard shipping timelines, even if your original order was shipped with expedited delivery. At this time, we aren’t able to upgrade Instant Exchange shipments to expedited shipping.
Standard Exchange
If you choose a Standard Exchange instead, the full process can take up to 3 weeks including carrier transit times. Just a note that the item you want could sell out while your return is on its way back, so Instant Exchange is the best option for securing a specific color or size.
International Exchanges
For international customers, timelines can vary depending on distance and carrier processing times.
Helpful reminders to avoid delays:
• Each return needs its own shipping label, even if they’re from different orders.
• If you created multiple return requests for the same order, be sure to use all labels generated.
• Returns must be sent through USPS so our warehouse can process them correctly.
If the item you want is currently out of stock, choosing a refund or store credit might be the quickest move. You can also hit “notify me when available” to be first in line when it comes back.
