When will my exchange order ship out to me?Updated a day ago

Instant Exchange Option:

We're excited to now offer Instant Exchanges! If you’d like to receive your exchange item immediately, choose the Instant Exchange option during your return process. With this option, your new item will be shipped out before your return is received. If your return isn’t received within 14 days, your card will be charged for the full cost of the item.

Standard Exchanges: 

For standard exchanges, please allow up to three weeks for your return to be delivered and processed at our distribution center. Once your exchange ships, we will email you a confirmation number and tracking information.

If your exchange item becomes unavailable while we process your return, you’ll be notified immediately and we’ll be happy to offer a refund or assist with selecting a different item!
