Here’s how to request a replacement:

2. Select the reason for the replacement

3. Fill out the short claim form (don’t forget your order number and date)

4. Tell us your sock story—how you’ve used them, how you’ve cared for them, and what led to the wear

5. Upload a photo of each pair you’re requesting to replace
