To request an easy replacement:

Step 1: Click here to begin your claim.

Step 2: Select the reason for needing a replacement.

Step 3: Complete the online warranty claim form, be sure to include your order date and number.

Step 4: Share your sock story with us! We’re genuinely interested in hearing about what happened to your socks. How did you take care of them? What do you use them for? This will help our awesome product team gather feedback and make the next round even better.

Step 5: Upload a photo of each pair needing to be replaced. This will help us figure out what happened and how to best fix it in the future.

Step 6: Once the Lifetime Warranty claim is reviewed, you will receive an email from our Customer Happiness Team to get you a new pair on the house!
