What if my order is lost or stolen?Updated 2 hours ago

We’re really sorry to hear that your order might be lost or stolen. If you think this has happened, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to track down your package or help resolve the issue.

If your package was marked as delivered but isn’t anywhere to be found, we recommend checking with your neighbors or the delivery carrier to see if it was left in a different spot. If it's still missing, we can file a claim with the carrier, but we may need to wait up to 7 days after the delivery date to begin the process.
