What can I do if my package seems stuck in transit?Updated a month ago
We know it can feel stressful when tracking doesn’t seem to move, especially when you’re excited to receive your order.
First, take a quick look at your tracking link. Sometimes packages are still on the move even if the status has not updated recently.
If your tracking has not changed for 3 business days or continues to show the same location, we recommend reaching out directly to the carrier listed on your tracking link. They’re often able to provide more detailed updates or help push things forward.
It’s also helpful to keep in mind that around the holidays, carriers experience much higher volumes than usual, which can lead to temporary delays or slower scan updates.
