My return says “Delivered”—where’s my refund?Updated a month ago

Great question! Sometimes return packages are marked as “Delivered” before they’ve actually been received or processed by our distribution denter.

After you drop your return off with USPS, please allow up to three weeks for the full process—including delivery, check-in at our distribution center, and refund initiation. 

After we process it, your refund will be initiated. From there, it usually takes 3–5 business days to show up in your account, depending on your bank.

We’ll send you a confirmation as soon as your refund is on the way.
