My package says “Delivered” but I haven’t received it—what now?Updated a month ago

Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered a little early, and it arrives within the next 24–48 hours. Before reaching out, here are a few quick steps that usually help locate it:

Check around your home
Look near doors, porches, gates, mailrooms, package lockers, or tucked behind furniture or planters. Carriers sometimes hide packages for safety.

Ask anyone in your household
A family member, roommate, or neighbor may have brought it inside for you.

Look for a notice
Carriers sometimes leave a slip if they needed to redirect the delivery.

Contact the carrier directly
Once a package is marked “Delivered,” the carrier has the most accurate information. They can check scans and confirm where the package was left.

If it’s been more than 72 hours and your package still hasn’t arrived, reach out to us here. We’re here to help get it sorted!
