All orders take 1–3 business days to process before they ship. Business days are Monday through Friday, and holidays aren’t included in this window. Once your order finishes processing, it then begins its shipping timeline.
If your tracking link says “Label Created” or “Confirmed,” your package is ready for the carrier. Carriers often miss the initial scan when they pick up large batches of packages, so tracking may not update right away even if your order is already on the move.
Shipping timelines (begin after the 1–3 day processing window)
These are the timeframes carriers aim for, but they’re not guaranteed.
Within the US:
• Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 3–4 business days
• Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days
Hawaii & Alaska:
• Standard: 7–14 business days
• Expedited: 3–5 business days
International Orders
We ship internationally through Passport, our trusted delivery partner. Duties and taxes are collected at checkout (DDP) for a smooth delivery experience. After your order ships, delivery typically takes 8–14 business days, depending on carrier processing and customs. If tracking isn’t moving, it’s usually clearing customs and will update soon.
If your order is still within the processing window, everything is on track. If it goes past that window or your tracking hasn’t updated after a few days, just reach out and I’ll be glad to help.
