Help! My item shrank.

Oh no! Remember it should be washed on delicate mode with cold water and then air/flat dried. Please try the following method:

Fill sink or tub with warm water. Add baby shampoo or hair conditioner (about 1/3 cup). Soak sweater for about an hour. Rinse with cold water to remove all suds. Press the water out of the garment and roll between two towels to remove excess water. Gently stretch fabric back to its original shape and size. Air dry.

It’s okay! Try soaking your garment in some cold water with a dash of vinegar. Press the water out of the garment and roll between two towels to remove excess water. Air dry flat.
