I’ve received an incorrect item.Updated 18 hours ago

We’re so sorry for the mix-up and want to make it right as quickly as possible.

Here’s what to do:

1. Start an exchange here

2. Select “I received the wrong item” as your reason for the return

3. Choose "Instant Exchange" if you’d like your correct item shipped out right away—no need to wait for the return to arrive

4. Drop off the incorrect item at any USPS location

If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, you can select an alternative or send us an email here and we’ll help you find the best solution.

Please allow about three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our distribution center, and for your exchange to ship (if you didn’t choose Instant Exchange) or your refund to be initiated.
