I’ve received an incorrect item.Updated a month ago

We’re so sorry about the mix up. We know that’s not the unboxing experience you were hoping for, and we’re here to make it right.

You have two simple options, depending on how quickly you’d like your correct item.

Option 1: We take care of everything

Email our Customer Happiness team with your order number, the item you should have received and a photo of the item you received. We’ll guide you through the next steps and get the correct item sorted for you.

Option 2: Start an exchange yourself

If you’d like to move things along right away, you can easily set up an exchange through our returns portal.

Here’s how:

1. Start your exchange through our returns link

2. Select “I received the wrong item” as your reason

3. Choose Instant Exchange if you’d like your correct item shipped out right away without waiting for your return to arrive (ships out in 1-3 business days and then follows our standard shipping - please note: our system will not allow expedited shipments)

4. Drop off the incorrect item at any USPS location

If you select Instant Exchange, our system will place a temporary hold on your card to reserve the replacement item. That hold is automatically released once you ship the incorrect item back.

If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, you can choose an alternative during the exchange process or reach out to us and we’ll help you find the best solution.

If you do not choose Instant Exchange, please allow about three weeks for your return to arrive, be processed at our distribution center, and for your exchange to ship or your refund to be initiated. Please note that there is a higher risk for your item to go out of stock because we do not ship out the replacement until we've received the return, so instant exchanges is the best option if you want to ensure you don't run into this scenario).
