How can I return/exchange my items?Updated a year ago

In an effort to reduce waste we do not provide a return label or packing slip in your shipment, but we’ve made it easy to process your return/exchange, all online!

Submit your Return or Exchange Online
1. Click Here to start your return/exchange
2. Enter your order number and zip code. *Your order number can be found in your confirmation email- If you have not received an email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
3. Drop off your return at a USPS location. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.

 

For Instagram/Facebook Orders

2. Enter your 
seller order number (the 8-digit number) and zip code. *Your order number can be found in your confirmation email. If you have not received an email, check your Spam or Junk folder or contact us at [email protected]
3. Drop off your return at a USPS location. Please allow approximately three weeks for your return to be delivered, processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate/your exchange order to ship out to you.

 

For International Orders

We ask that you cover shipping costs for international orders. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team at [email protected] and we would be happy to provide you with instructions for your return.
